Information on our Groupon Deals
Thank you for purchasing a groupon to try out our business. Currently, we have a few deals going on and we would just like to inform groupon users about some details. Our deals are sold quickly, so please try to call in advance to schedule an appointment as the calendar does fill up. As each deadline for the groupons approach, it becomes more difficult to schedule specific groupon appointments. This applies especially to more specialized groupon deals - meaning those that include products or need specific rooms or items for the service. Our no-show policy for groupons was designed to make sure that the greatest number of people are able to redeem their groupons before they expire. If you have an appointment, but do not call us before your appointment or come in, your groupon will be redeemed and you will not be able to use it.
"Expiration Dates. For regular Groupon vouchers, we're clarifying the expiration policy. As you know, after the full promotional value of a deal expires, customers can still redeem their Groupons for the original purchase price. (If a deal is a $20 for $40, the customer still has $20 to spend at your business after their Groupon expires.)" - Groupon
Now what does this mean for us? A groupon must be USED by the expiration date, not just booked. Please pay attention to when your groupon expires, and read the rules that apply to all groupons.
Please be aware that the groupons purchased DO NOT include tax or gratuity. Please calculate gratuity based on the service's normal price and not the Groupon - discounted price. Thank you.
